Please read before purchasing

** Miniature Pet Pendant (MPP) contains of small parts. Please beware of swallowing by children and pets.

1) Upon selection of pets breed and confirmation of payment, we will contact customer and provide 3 featured pictures for your selection. Generated pictures are promised to be unique.  

2) Our craftsman will start producing the pendant when the picture has been selected and agreed by customer.

3) Details of the pendant will be produced according to the agreed picture.

4) Outcome of pendant details might be slightly different to the agreed picture due to handcraft process. The final right of pendant design and production will belong to our craftsman.

5) Production time generally takes 2 months.  As the crafting and painting process takes time, please be patient and wait for our notification. We will contact customer if the production is delayed due to changes in the production schedule or other circumstances.
